【返品・返金について】
当ショップは7日間の返品ポリシーを設けております。これは、お客様が商品を受領された日から7日以内に返品のご申請ができるということを意味します。
商品が到着しましたら、まず「商品に不良箇所がないか」「ご注文内容に誤りがないか」を必ずご確認ください。商品到着後、万が一不良品が発覚した場合は、7日以内に『お客様お問い合わせ窓口』までご連絡ください。
※ご連絡の際は、下記の状態をご了承のうえお願いいたします。
1）商品を使用していないこと（試着程度は問題ございません）
2）商品に値札やその他付属のタグ類が付いていること（商品から取り外した状態でも問題ございません）
※お直し・洗濯・クリーニングをされた商品、またはお客様のもとでにおい・汚れ・傷が生じた商品につきましては、返品をお受けいたしかねますのでご注意ください。
※イメージの相違による返品や、商品を使用後、あるいはタグを切り離したり紛失された場合の返品もお受けいたしかねます。
※SALE品・福袋の返品・交換はお受けいたしかねます。あらかじめご了承ください。
返品リクエストは48時間以内に処理いたします。
返金は、承認後5～7営業日以内に、ご利用いただいた決済方法を通じてお客様の口座へお振り込みいたします。

Returns
We offer a 7‑day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Upon receiving your order, please carefully check that the product has no defects and that the contents match your order.
If you discover any defect after delivery, please contact our Customer Support within 7 days of receipt.
※ When contacting us, please ensure the following conditions are met:
The item has not been used (trying it on is acceptable).
The price tags and any other attached labels remain on the item (or have been removed but are still available).
※ Please note that we cannot accept returns for items that have been altered, washed, dry‑cleaned, or have acquired odours, stains, or damage while in your possession.
※ Returns due to a difference in image (e.g., not as expected) or after use, or if tags have been cut off or lost, will not be accepted.
※ Sale items and lucky bags are non‑returnable and non‑exchangeable. Please be aware of this in advance.
We will process your return request within 48 hours.
Refunds will be credited to your bank account via the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
